Business Development Executive

Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Coventry. This role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and potential for career development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop B2B sales opportunities
• Cold call businesses to discuss their requirements and enhance the sales database
• Update CRM systems and collaborate with the sales team on future prospects

Qualifications:

• Previous telesales experience (desirable)
• Strong influencing skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Strong verbal communication skills

Day-to-day:The role involves proactive outreach to potential B2B clients, maintaining sales databases, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.
